All the necessary corrections have been made on the autopilot, the calibration has been done and Soleau 1 was able to resume its course this morning. At noon Quebec time, Louis was near Cape St. Francis, the northernmost cape of Newfoundland's easternmost peninsula. We popped in by road last year but couldn't see the lighthouse. Hopefully he sees it this time!

Louis had a good night's sleep, I'm happy about it, because if the weather forecast is correct, well I know, it's not an exact science, he should have little sleep in the first part of the trip. Wednesday night to Friday evening winds of 22-29 knots (41-54 km/h) will blow continuously. For Louis, it's a way to try out his new storm jib, for those who stay ashore, it's a little more stressful.

Fair winds my captain! Be safe!
